The RS7 doesnt have any chassis braces as far as I have seen. I think the pro's are a better handling car that finds more grip. The downside for your average driver is your're more likely to bend or brake something in a big crash.

Hi

The RS7GR / RS03 doesnt use chassis braces as standard, this help the car generate more traction plus it improves its capability to handle the bumps.

David

Thanks for the info.

I guess the next question is: would it be worth fitting the RS03 with chassis braces on a track with lots of jumps, at the expense of loosing some traction, or just drive it without.

Do the chassis bend easy or will they take a good abuse?

Thanks

The best thing to do is test the car with and then without the braces, for me I didnt like it. It lost too much grip and made the car unpredictable..

The chassis is very flexable but I have never bent one..

Dear Compost Corner

Dave

The pH level is higher than six in my garden, is it best to grow my rhododendrons in raised beds and containers?
Also should i use a ericaceous compost?

I read somewhere on another Bashers website
That i should line my beds with polythene to prevent the lime from the mortar leaching into the soil and making it alkaline is that true or just an old racing myth

Thanks for your help

Dear LewisDXR

Yes that is the right compost to use, but you need to be carefull of the acidity getting into the soil from its surrounding enviroment so putting a linner in is a good idea

Regards

Dave
