Vampire Racing 2S TX/RX charging adapter

See: Vampire Racing

Vampire Racing have introduced their new 2S TX/RX Charging Adapter that allows to charge 2S LiPo transmitter and receiver battery packs through the balancer port. Designed for the use with standard 5mm charge and balance wires the adapter utilises 5mm tube-type connectors for the power wires, a 2mm tube-type connector for the male balancer plug as well as an XH balancer connector for the battery side. The adapter does away with the need to use additional JR or Futaba style charge wires and balance boards, greatly reducing the amount of wires to carry and cleaning up the pit table. The adapter comes pre-wired, covered in protective shrink wrap and it is available now.

Vampire mixes safety & style with new LiPo bag

Vampire LiPo Bag

See: Vampire
Vampire Racing’s new LiPo safety bag is ideal to charge, discharge and store LiPo battery packs in. Made from fire-resistant fabric the bag measures 185x70x60mm which is large enough for at least two or three standard 2S LiPos or one 4S pack. Flashy Vampire Racing graphics make the bag stand out while protecting the pit area and surrounding people in the unlikely event of a LiPo pack going boom during charging, discharging or storing.

Vampire introduces new LiPo packs

Vampire Batteries

Vampire Racing introduce three new competition LiPo battery packs made from the latest generation of high-performance cells. First up is the 6400mAh 100C stick pack whose high output voltage makes it ideal for Stock racing classes. The high capacity makes it also very useful demanding Modified class racing. Also new are a 5700mAh 80C saddle and a 4600mAh shorty battery pack. All packs are made from a new generation of cells that is more powerful and less prone to swelling even when the packs are abused through too high or too low voltage. The saddle pack version comes with a 4mm bullet-type connector, while the stick and shorty packs come with dual 4mm connectors for even higher power output.

Vampire 7500 LiPo

Vampire Racing introduces the all-new 7500mAh 80C 7.4V hardcase LiPo stick pack. The newly developed high-performance battery is made from a new generation of very robust Lithium-Polymer cells that is claimed not to swell like many of today’s LiPo packs do. The special chemistry of the 80C cells delivers the best possible performance for power-hungry applications such as Modified and Stock touring cars as well as 1/8 offroad vehicles. The battery sports standard dimensions of 138x47x25mm, it weighs in at 330g, and it comes with a protective hardcase that incorporates dual 4mm connector tubes.

Vampire delivers 2014 LiFe packs

LiPo packs

Vampire Racing’s popular and long lasting Lithium-Ferrite receiver battery packs are now available in a new 2014 edition. Coming in industry standard “straight” or “hump” pack dimensions, the 2S packs with a voltage of 6.6V allow the direct use with standard voltage receivers and servos without the need for a voltage regulator as 7.4V LiPo packs do. The straight pack makes use of 1600mAh cells while the hump pack comes built from high capacity 1900mAh cells. Both packs are pre-wired with XH balancer connectors and a JR/Futaba compatible universal plug.
