RC-Project S35-4 Ergal monoblock engine mount

Italian company RC-Project have introduced a new Ergal monoblock engine mount for the SWORKz S35-4. Machined from high-quality 7075 Ergal on 5 axis machine centers at the factory, the mount provides solid engine mounting and easy adjustment. The monoblock design as well as the ultra-strong construction provides very long life and durability in even the most extreme racing conditions. More stiffer than standard engine mount, the monobloc design also avoids stress on the crankcase and that can lead to damage. The black coating and the 25% increase of the contact surface with the engine compared to standard mount allow a better and faster heat dissipation between the engine and the chassis. The monoblock engine mount weighs 32.0g.

T-Work’s have introduced new carbon fiber arm stiffeners for the SWORKz S35-4. The parts are machined from high-quality carbon fiber offering lightweight yet durable as well as a factory look. The front and rear A-arm stiffeners are available in 1mm and 1.2mm thick as pair and come with mounting hardware.

RC Carbon Cavalieri S35-3E carbon fiber fan support

Due to a large number of requests following the introduction of the carbon fiber fan support for the SWORKz S35-4E, German company RC Carbon Cavalieri have introduced a new version for the S35-3E. Machined from high-quality carbon fiber, the part incorporates a 40mm fan support as well as centre bulkhead brace. The fan is positioned on top of the motor and blows directly on it thus ensuring efficient cooling.

Juan Carlos Canas sweeps Andalusian Regional Champs Rd2

The second round of the Andalusian Regional Championship was hosted by the Lebrija track in the south of Spain, attracting more than 40 racers. Juan Carlos Canas (SWORKZ/REDS Racing/Merlin/6MIK) would sweep the race, taking the overall TQ and win in the 45-minute final in front of the Mugen Seiki duo of Bryan Baldo (Mugen Seiki/Ultimate Engines/Procircuit) in second and while Agustin Illanes (Mugen Seiki/Ultimate Engines/Procircuit) came in third.

RC-Project have introduced the new Ergal ballstuds for the SWORKz S35-4. Machined in Italy from high-quality Ergal 7075-T6, the ballstuds are hard coated for wear with a thickness of 50µ and also Teflon coated to reduce the coefficient of friction. Available as pair, the ballstuds weigh only 2.0g.

RC-Project have introduced the new Ergal steering posts for the SWORKz S35-4. These posts are made in Italy from 7075-T6 Ergal material using the latest generation of Swiss milling machine and then hard coated for wear with a thickness of 50µ. Thanks to the use of the Finite Element Method (FEM) RC-Project have succeeded in creating a product with ultra light design yet with the same time very resistant to stress of the steering components. Tolerances have been designed to have a perfect match with the ball Bearings when the temperature of the steering post reaches 70 degrees. Available as pair, the aluminum steering posts weigh only 4.50g.
