RDRP B6.2 +3mm LCG 7075 aluminium chassis

New from Revolution Design Racing Products is the +3mm aluminium chassis for the ultra-popular Team Associated B6.2 2WD buggy. It offers an optimised length for an easier to drive car especially in high-bite track conditions such as EOS carpet and astro turf, allowing to pull faster single laps while offering greater consistency at the same time. The chassis has the same wheelbase specification as the AE91850 B6.2 +3mm chassis and it is machined of aircraft-grade 7075 aluminium for strength and optimised flex characteristics while the black anodised surface ensures high durability and factory looks. Machined silver edge details and laser-etched logos ensure surface protection on the track and visual impact in the pits. What makes the chassis also stand out is a new low-profile motor position that is accessible through a cut out in the chassis and the included 7075-T6 motor plate. Both the chassis and motor plate work exclusively with the laydown gearbox and in addition to the low profile motor position, the main plate also uses a lowered battery position for an even lower overall centre of gravity and cool looks with machined slots left and right of the battery pack compartment. The chassis is compatible with most “under servo” and “under electronics” weight sets.

RDRP B74 72T & 78T 48dp machined spur gears

Revolution Design Racing Products have introduced two new machined spur gears for the Team Associated B74. Revolution Design’s precision machined Delrin spur gears are a direct fit on the center differential of the B74 kit and thanks to the high-quality material they offer greatly improved durability especially when running high-powered modified motors. The precise manufacturing also ensures the gears run very true which increases the drivetrain efficiency while keeping the noise level at a minimum. The gears are available in 72T and 78T specification for both stock and modified racing and they fit the standard Team Associated and also Revolution Design’s #RDRP0492 aluminium center differential case.

RDRP B74 B74 LCG carbon fibre shock towers

Revolution Design Racing Products have introduced new LCG front and rear shock towers for the Team Associated B74 to be use with the Team Associated B6.1 and B6.2 shock absorbers. The result is an overall lower centre of gravity that helps to increase corner speeds on high-bite surfaces such as carpet, astro turf and prepped clay. Machined from high-quality carbon fibre and featuring a reinforced design for durability, the front shock tower is a direct fit when using 23mm shock bodies and 21mm shock rods while the rear LCG shock tower was developed for the use with 27.5mm shock bodies and shock shafts. Both the front and rear LCG shock tower feature a single row inner camber link mount design as this is the most preferred option among racers.

RDRP B74 aluminium front & rear differential case

Revolution Design Racing Products have introduced a new aluminium front and rear differential case for the Team Associated B74. The case is machined from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminium and it sports a heatsink design to further help with heat dissipation. Using the part over the standard composite cage not only improves the precision of the drivetrain, the greatly improved heat transfer also keeps the diff oil much cooler – compared to using the standard plastic case – which results in a much more consistent drivetrain behaviour over the full run; even in high ambient temperatures. The diff case comes hard anodised for wear and looks and it includes a set of suitable inner cross pins for the internal gears. The part fits the B74 buggy equipped with the standard gear differentials.

RDRP M17/MT-44 aluminium steering wheel & M17 dial and nut set

Ruddog Distribution have introduced the all-new Revolution Design Racing Products aluminium steering wheel for the popular Sanwa M17 high-end and MT-44 intermediate level radios as well as an aluminium dial and nut set only for the M17. These parts are a quick and easy way to personalise the transmitter to the maximum. The steering wheel is machined from high-quality aluminium and a cool new turbine design greatly enhances the overall appearance of the transmitter while offering improved stability for more precise steering action. The dials and nuts feature a serrated design for better gripping and improved haptics. Both the aluminium steering wheel and the set of dials and nuts are available in seven different colours including black, blue, light blue, green, gold, orange and red while machined silver colour edge details and a laser-engraved logo make the parts stand out.

RDRP B74 slipper eliminator

Ruddog Distribution have announced the release of the new RDRP slipper eliminator for the Team Associated B74 4WD Buggy. The direct spur gear hub is the ultimate option part for all stock racers as it greatly lowers not only the drivetrain’s rotation masses but also the buggy’s overall weight, making for blistering fast acceleration, lower motor temperatures and thus more power towards the end of the run. The slipper eliminator weighs in at about 17.4g including the supplied ultra lightweight 72T main gear, scrubbing about 50 percent of weight compared to the original slipper assembly it is replacing. Due to its lightweight design the slipper eliminator is best used with motors of more than 10.5T as it will not hold up the power of modified motors.

RDRP B74 aluminium bellcrank arm

Revolution Design Racing Products have introduced a new aluminium bellcrank arm for the Team Associated B74. Machined from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminium and coming black anodised for wear and looks, the bellcrank arm offers improved strength and greater durability as it replaces the somewhat weak original carbon fibre part that can break in heavy crashes or when touching track boards. The arm mimics the original steering geometry and it comes with machined silver edge details for factory looks. The aluminium bellcrank arm is a direct replacement for the standard carbon fibre part.

RDRP B74 aluminium rear hub set

Ruddog Distribution have announced the release of the new RDRP B74 Aluminium Rear Hubs for the Team Associated B74. The rear hubs are of an updated design that provides improved durability for heavy duty competition usage while offering grub screw retainers for the standard kit suspension geometry inserts, greatly reducing slop over the conventional design. The hubs use the standard kit rear hub link mounts, making them a direct fit and they come machined from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminium. A black surface coating and machined silver colour edge details make the parts stand out.
