Switching things up, Nemo hit Germany last weekend for the 2017 running of the Advent Cup, at the impressive Czypu-drom Indoor Speedway track. We arrived fresh at the venue Friday morning where practice rounds were running all day. The turnout was impressive and only got better from there on, numbers increasing that afternoon and Saturday for seeding. There was an especially strong Nemo presence with over 20 drivers running our Agama car. Burak and Berkan Kilic, Marcel Kruger and Jon Hazlewood were all seeded in the top 2 heats, giving Nemo a good chance at winning the cup.

The third round of the HNMC Winter Series was held at the Herts Nitro Model Club track in Westmill Farm, this past weekend. A lots of drivers attended the race despite a cold day. Team Associated driver Lewis Jones took the overall TQ in nitro buggy but in the 20 minutes final Lewis made a mistake half way round the first lap allowing Nemo Racing driver Darren Bloomfield to take the lead. Unfortunately a couple of factors pushed him out of taking the win. HB Racing driver Graham Alsop then grabbed the lead until the end. Darren in second and Nemo’s Callum Niblett in third rounded out the top 3. In Truggy Nemo Racing driver Dominic Powles also took the TQ and win followed up by Nicky Knights in second.
