Muchmore lightweight Factory Team setup boards V4

Muchmore Racing have introduced the fourth version of the lightweight Factory Team setup boards for 1/10th and 1/8th Of-road vehicles as well as 1/12th, 1/10th and 1/8th On-road cars. Made with hard-wood and thin thickness to reduce the weight, the 2-side board features hard plastic surface covered can be easily cleaned of dirt while the board sports a sturdy and resistant sticker to protect it. The board are available in 420x320x12mm for 1/12th and 1/10th classes and 500x400x12mm for the 1/8th classes.

Joseph Johnson doubles at 2020 PDX Summer Cooler

The 2020 PDX Summer Cooler was held this past weekend at PDX RC Underground in Portland, Oregon. This inaugural event would consist of Stock racing on Saturday and Modified racing on Sunday to cooperate with the current social distancing guidelines. The same exciting race format would be ran both days, consisting of seven rounds of heads-up racing, then taking each drivers 5 best finishes towards the overall Championship. 17.5 2wd Stock Buggy. In the 17.5 2wd Stock Buggy class, Joseph Johnson (Yokomo/Muchmore Racing/JConcepts) went onto take the first 5 wins to secure the overall Championship. His teammates Cole Hegar (Yokomo/Muchmore Racing) in 2nd and Kevin Focht (Yokomo/Muchmore Racing) in 3rd rounded out the top 3.

JBRL Nitro Series Rd2 report

234 entries attended the second round of the JBRL Nitro Series that was held at Thunder Alley Raceway in Beaumont, California. In the Nitro Buggy class it was Ryan Maifield (Mugen Seiki/Maxima Engines/Hobbywing/JConcepts) who set the overall TQ and brought home the win from Ryan Cavalieri (SWORKz/Mx Engines/Muchmore Racing/Raw Speed) in second and Adam Drake (Mugen Seiki/O.S.Engines/Flash Point Fuel/Pro-Line Racing) in third. R.Cavalieri was the man to beat in E-buggy as he took the overall TQ and win in front of A.Drake in 2nd, a lap down while Ron Devoll (Team Associated/Reedy/Raw Speed) came in 3rd.

Muchmore Hybrid Touch Duo charger carrying bag

Muchmore Racing have introduced the new Hybrid Touch Duo charger carrying bag. The grey soft case bag features a high density foam lining to help keep the contents protected, while a zipper closure lid allows easy access. The bag can house a Hybrid Touch Duo charger as well as a battery safety bag while an interior pocket can be utilized to store the manual pocket or setup sheets.

Muchmore LED pit light stand Pro power supply adapter

Muchmore Racing have introduced the new power supply adapter designed specifically for use with the LED pit light stand Pro and Pro 2. The AC adapter lets you plug your LED pit light into a standard AC outlet at home or the track. Notice that the power supply adapter comes with an US plug as standard and for EU countries it includes a EU plug.

Muchmore Fleta ZX V2 ER Spec 13.5T Brushless motor w/21X rotor

Muchmore Racing have introduced the new Fleta ZX V2 ER Spec 13.5T Brushless motor fitted with the Fleta ZX V2 Spec rotor. The 12.5×7.25×24.2mm [X] rotor increases the motor torque making the Fleta ZX V2 ER Spec 13.5T Brushless motor perfect for the Blinky 1/10th Buggy class. As te other Fleta motors, the ZX V2 ER Spec 13.5T Brushless motor features the Flow-Max 2 Cooling System allowing cooling efficiency by 15% in comparison to Muchmore’s past motor products, a High Power New Stator Design that doesn’t use separate insulator, and a “Maximum low resistance copper wire” that allows low internal resistance which results in maximum output power increase. The motor uses Heavy-duty silver-plate solder tabs which reduce resistance and uses the double eyelet to prevent fatiguing over time. Improved ease of maintenance and loss of weight is additional features achieved by V2 design.

Jake Thayer inks contract extension with Muchmore

Foote & Reavis win at 2020 Muchmore invitational

The 2020 Muchmore invitational was held at the North West Hobbies indoor track in Albany, Oregon. In the 2WD Mod Buggy class it was Weylin Rose (Team Associated/Reedy) who set the overall TQ but he would not be able to convert the TQ spot into a win as Brandon Foote (Yokomo/Muchmore Racing) brought home the win from Harley Yoshii (Yokomo/Muchmore Racing/JConcepts) in 2nd and Andy DiBrino (Yokomo/Muchmore Racing/JConcepts) in 3rd.
