Ultimate M-3X nitro engine

Modelix Racing have introduced the new Ultimate M-3X 3.5cc nitro engine. This is the 3 port .21 Off-Road Ultimate M3R Competition Engine. Like the M3T, it’s a 3-port O.S based engine, with the same configuration and power than its predecessor. Unlike the M3T, the M3X incorporate the following parts:

  • High precision steel rear bearing made in Japan.
  • Balanced crankshaft with tungsten weight and silicone filling.

The M3X, like the M3T, is a square stroke, specifically designed for maximum power, performance and tuneability. With this engine you will have a great and super smooth linear power from low to high R.P.M.Produced with the guaranteed OS quality, the M3X is a cheaper option with the same power and performance than its predecessor, the M3T.

Juan Carlos Canas wins Spanish Nats Rd3

The third round of the Spanish Nitro Buggy Nationals was held at the Valladolid track over the weekend. Robert Batlle (Mugen) took the overall TQ in the rounds of qualifying. In the 45 minutes final Juan Carlos Canas brought home the win from R.Batlle in second while Oscar Baldó (Kyosho) came in third.

Ultimate Racing body shell repair tape

Modelix Racing have introduced new Ultimate Racing body shell repair tape. The body shell repair tape allows to repair or reinforce any broken or weak part of the body shell as well as protect some parts of the paint job from scratches. The repairing process is very simple. Clean the part of the body you want to repair, cut a piece of the repairer, stick it onto the part of the body shell you want to repair and apply some heat. When the part to repair is big, it is recommende to apply the repairer on both sides of the body shell. The body shell repair tape sheet measures 24x10cm.

Ultimate 5800mAh & 4000mAh HV shorty packs

Coming from Modelix Racing are the new Ultimate Racing Graphene LiPo and HV shorty packs. Made from 120C LiHV cells, these low profile 5800mAh and 4000mAh 120C 7.6V shorty packs offer high power and capacity. The silicon Graphene HV shorty LiPo batteries are a great battery option for any racer looking for a lightweight, shorty style battery. The LCG shorty is lighter than a standard shorty pack, with a smaller footprint. This offers an improved power to weight ratio and a lower overall CG. Both come with 5mm connectors.

Available in flat or hump pack configuration, Both batteries are designed to power the electronics of 1/10th and 1/8th scale nitro cars. Available in flat or hump pack configuration, they are designed to power the electronics of 1/10 & 1/8 Nitro Cars. With standard dimensions, the RX-Packs are suitable for most R/C models available on the market that require flat receiver battery packs like Mugen, Associated, or hump receiver battery packs like Kyosho, etc…

Daniel Pariente joins Modelix Racing

Modelix Racing and Hobbies Madrid TT have announced the signing of the young and talented driver Daniel Pariente to their team for the rest of the 2018 season. Pariente will use all Modelix products such as Ultimate engine, Ultimate electrics, Nitrolux fuel and Procircuit tyres with the Mugen MBX8 and MBX8 Eco.
