Ronnefalk TQ’s Italian Job Race

Savoya tops Italian Job Practice

Reno Savoya leads the way after practice at the Maugrafix organised Italian Job Race at IBR Padova in Italy. Several high profile drivers have made the trip to Italy early ahead of the Worlds next week, using the event as a final ‘warm up’ before the real actions begins down south in Sicily.

The Italian Job Race also marks the first time the new Diego Fuser designed layout is used in competition, Reno Savoya clearly enjoying setting the pace “#1 after today’s reseeding! Track is very fun, car is fast, I’m enjoying it! Looking forward to tomorrow’s qualifying!”.

Half a second behind him Atsushi Hara ahead of Italian wonderkid Davide Ongaro, in 4th 2x European Champion David Ronnefalk, 5th Alex Zanchettin and 6th Riccardo Berton.

David Ronnefalk goes green!

Reigning European Champion David Ronnefalk will embark on his title defense in a month’s time with a bit of a new look, the Swedish Kyosho star receiving a makeover courtesy of Italian graphics sponsor Maugrafix.

Ditching the red and blue wing graphics for a more homogenous green style, perhaps paying homage to legendary Kyosho designer and MP9 ‘daddy’ Yuichi Kanai, Ronnefalk will also be sporting a rather distinctive green KoProPo radio.
