LRP 2020 Off-road Challenge finale announcement

On June 1st there was an on-site meeting at the track in Köngen with LRP’ owner Jürgen Lautenbach, the club President Kim Sitensky and two club members Achim Rau and Norbert Kappes about the LRP 2020 Off-road Challenge finale. LRP have announced that the LRP Off-road Challenge finale will be held at the RC Cars Köngen e.V. as planned from from 19 to 20 September as the only German Championships in the 1/10th Off-road classes.

LRP balancer board & EHR/XH to XH connection cables

German company LRP have introduced a new multi balancer board and the extra long EHR/XH and XH/XH connection cables. The multi balancer board and the extra long EHR/XH and XH/XH connection cables allow to charge 2S to 6S batteries in the LiPo Bag, even if it is not located directly to the charger. Furthermore, current batteries with XH Balancer port can also be charged on older chargers with EHR balancer port. The set consists of four 210mm cables including a 4S EHR on XH, a 6S EHR on XH, a 4S XH on XH and a 6S XH on XH cables.

LRP X44 1/8th brushless motor

LRP have introduced the new X44 sensored brushless motor for 1/8th E-buggy and E-truggy. Already crowned EFRA European Champion in 2019 with LRP Factory driver Davide Ongaro, the X44 features a new black anodised aluminium can with grooved design allowing for more surface area thus cooler running temperatures, a new reinforced rotor design and an adjustable timing. The X44 brushless motor is available in five KV power levels including 1500KV, 1800KV, 2100KV, 2300KV and 2600KV.

LRP Graphene 4 Competition Car Line LiPo batteries

German company LRP have introduced the new line of Competition Car LiPo batteries. Based on the Graphene 3 batteries, the Graphene 4 packs feature a new cell construction with higher capacity for both Modified and Stock classes, the Stock Spec batteries also having higher power additionally. Housed in the same blue case as in 2019, the Graphene 4 packs sport a darker and more technical looks in line with the 2019 look. Although the new features, the new Graphene 4 Competition Car Line LiPo batteries will hit the shops with the same prices as the Graphene 3 batteries. The line consist of 5200mAh Hyper LCG Modified, 5700mAh Ultra LCG Modified, and 6700mAh LCG Modified batteries, 4000mAh Ultra LCG Modified and 4600mAh Modified LCG Shorty, 4100mAh LCG Stock Spec, 4900mAh and 5900mAh Stock Spec batteries and also 6100mAh, 7400mAh, 8100mAh and 9400mAh standard packs.

LRP under battery brass weights

German company LRP have introduced a range of new under battery brass weights. Available for Shorty and standard size batteries, the weights are made from high-quality brass with the XTEC logo, the dimension and weight engraved on a matte black finish to finish off the look. The weight is a chassis tuning option that mounts under the battery to improve the overall balance and reduce the center of gravity. Thanks to the flat profile, it is easily installed under a battery, and is a great tuning option for a variety of applications. The weights come in 10g, 30g, 39g and 65g for Shorty battery and 28g, 44g and 59g for standard batteries in set of 2.

Jessica Pålsson joins LRP

LRP have announced the signing of talented swedish driver Jessica Pålsson to their team. J.Pålsson will be using the company’s batteries to power his Kyosho rides for the 2019 season, attending national and international events. J.Pålsson has the following to say:
