James Racing have introduced new extra-stiff wheels for 1/8 buggy. The wheel features an optional internal plastic insert to make the rim even more rigid (available separately soon). The increase in stiffness allows the tires to have better stability on hard packed blue groove surfaces. The original ultra-light weight James wheels provided more traction in bumpy/loose conditions. The extra-stiff wheels will be available soon in white and yellow colors.

James Racing has just rolled out their newest 1/8 buggy tire. The new tire is known as the ‘X-Cross’. This marks tread #8 in the James Racing 1/8 buggy lineup of tires, and takes on a meaty design similar to that of a Pro-Line ‘Bow-Tie’ tire. The new X-Cross includes James Racing’s new 1/8 buggy closed cell insert, and is available now.

Round 2 of the French E-Buggy Championship was held this past weekend at the famous Montpellier track. Jerome Sartel would make his way to the front of the pack after qualifying, taking a solid TQ over the field in both buggy and truggy classes. Sunday (main day) saw nothing but rainy skies above. The finals were cancelled due to the rain, and Sartel was awarded the overall win after an impressive qualifying performance prior to Sunday’s downpour.
James Racing has announced today that French talent, Jerome Sartel, has officially signed on board for 2015. Sartel will use the full line of James Racing products to accompany his TLR vehicles throughout the 2015 season, and is a welcome asset to the team.
