The Schumacher US Grand Prix was held at RC Madness in Enfield, Connecticut over the weekend in changing weather conditions. The event attracted 124 entries and was held in several 1/10th Off-road classes and in the 2WD Mod Buggy class, Brent Sianez (Team Associated/Reedy/JConcepts) was able to secure Top Qualifying honors after some fierce battles with many of New England’s fastest drivers. The single A-main final saw B.Sianez leading from tone to tone to take the win in some very wet conditions. Tyler Marcy (Schumacher) and Steve Fiume came in second and third respectively.

B.Sianez also set the overall TQ in the 4WD Mod Buggy class but although he was two laps away from taking another overall win, he would ultimately drop back to third after a mid-air collision with 2nd place. Keith Smart (XRAY) took the win from Tyler Marcy (Schumacher) on the 2nd spot while B.Sianez rounded out the top 3 result.
