HotRace Tires have introduced the new Bangkok V2 tire for 1/8th Buggy as well as a new rubber compound. Based on the previous Bangkok tire, the Bangkok V2 tire features a mini pin design with an inner mesh making for lower and more even tire wear even during long runs. The new Bangkok V2 tire will hit the store from 10th of July 2020. In addition, after numerous tests with their team drivers and in collaboration with Mark Pavidis, HotRace have been developing new rubber compound for the range of 1/8th tires. The new rubber compound reduces tire wear by 30%, and offers 10 to 15% more grip, making the Buggy easier to drive. Available in Super Soft, Soft, Medium and Hard compounds, the new rubber compound will replace the one currently on the market.
