The second round of the Indoor Baltic Championship was hosted by RC Mulk at Poltsamaa Felixhall, Estonia, the three day event attracting drivers from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland. Karl Kasekamp (XRAY) was in control of things in the 2WD Buggy and 4WD Buggy classes. He was the fastest in the practice rounds, set the overall TQ and took the win in both classes. All three 2WD Buggy finals would be full of exciting overtakes and lots of tight racing, but K.Kasekamp would show his speed pulling away from the field after the first few laps. 2nd spot would be for Rainer Ressar (XRAY) while newcomer Karl Martinson showed great pace to come out in 3rd in the end.

The 4WD Buggy finals saw a lot of lead changes due to the technicality and the huge amounts of grip on the track. Getting past lapped traffic also was very difficult for the drivers. After three finals it would be K.Kasekamp taking overall victory closely followed by Rihard Lainemae (XRAY) in 2nd and R.Ressar in 3rd.
