The 2019 Pizza Feast race was held at the MHOR RC Raceway in Aurora, Colorado. This race has gone on annually for decades and it is MHOR’s 2nd biggest race of the year besides the Rumble In The Rockies. The layout was a slow and difficult one that had staying focus one wreck would make you lose a lot of time and hard to get that time back. Zac Gastelum (XRAY/Hobbywing/Pro-Line Racing) set the overall TQ in both the 2wd and 4wd classes. Due to low entries for the Modified classes it was one single 8 minute main. In the 2wd main, Matt Chambers (SWORKz/REDS Racing/Pro-Line Racing) was able to take the lead after only a few laps but after 6 or 7 minutes of the 8 minute main he had a few wrecks toward the end of the race allowing Z.Gastelum to take the lead until the end. Domnic Paccione (Team Associated) in second and AVID’s David Joor in third completed the top 3 result.

Z.Gastelum made a super early mistake in the 4wd main, letting D.Paccione sail to the lead, which he held all the way to the checkered flag giving him the overall #1 spot. Z.Gastelum fought back for second while M.Chambers came in third.
