The second round of the Gozo Model Car Association Mega Events 2019 was held at the GMCA Ta’ Xhajma track in Malta in perfect weather and track conditions. The event attracted 29 racers and was held in the in the Nitro Buggy and Nitro Truggy classes subdivided into two categories. In the Class 2 Nitro Buggy final it was Anthony Camilleri (Intech) who took the win followed by Gary Barber (Mugen) in second and Andrew Zammit (Hongnor) in third.

Peter De Giorgio (XRAY) brought home the win in the Class 1 Nitro Buggy final from Vaniel Axisa (Mugen) in second while Mario Grech (Intech) came in third.

In the Class 2 Truggy final, Scott Attard (Mugen) was able to grab the win in front of Anthony Camilleri (Mugen) in second and Marlon Le Prevost (Tekno) in third.

In the Class 1 Truggy final it was Chris Farrugia (Mugen Chassis) was able to bring home the win. The Mugen duo of William Mallia and Noel Micallef rounded out the top 3.
