After announcing his departure from Kyosho, Jared Tebo continues his “cleaning” of long-time sponsors by also leaving Team Orion. J.Tebo used the Swiss brand’s electric and nitro products for many years before signing with Maxima and keeping only the electric part. The association between the American driver and Team Orion will be very successful and the duo will win numerous ROAR titles and two world championships. J.Tebo had the following to say:

“I had 10 great years with Team Orion, and 9 of them were with Joe Pillars taking care of me. Thank you for EVERYTHING you did for me during your time at Team Orion, we won a TON of races together, and this picture captures one of the greatest moments! I will not be re-signing with Team Orion for 2019. I would also like to thank Adrien Bertin for all he had done for me. Getting the double ROAR National Championship in 2010 was very special for us both! Thank you to Oscar Jansen, you’ve been there and supported me the whole time. Thank you to Philippe Neidhart and all the Team Orion staff, it’s been a great ride together, I wish you all well!”
