Pro-Line’s Blockade, Hole Shot 2.0, Fugitive, Buck Shot, Slide Lock 1/8 Buggy tyres are now available pre-mounted on white V2 Velocity wheels while the Hole Shot and Buck Shot 1/8 Truggy tyres are now also available pre-mounted on Velocity VTR 4.0″ white zero offset wheels. The Blockade’s revolutionary tread design features large lugs for class leading tread life, perfectly balanced tread spacing for maximum forward bite and uniquely blended side tread that reduces the edginess found in other race tires. This tire will give your buggy qualifying speed with tread life capable of handling hour long A-Mains.

The Hole Shot 2.0 provides more forward traction, increased steering response and is less edgy in the ruts less than the Hole Shot making you faster than ever before. Pro-Line’s mini-pin and square lug technology combine to give your Buggy TQ pace and last through long mains.

The Fugitive was developed to be the longest lasting race tire ever produced while still being quick and agile in the past, the prevailing knowledge for creating a new tire that lasted throughout the long A-Mains in extreme wear conditions was to design a big and tall tire tread that was spaced out. While this was effective for the day, the tall and stiff tread numbed out the handling and didn’t have the speed of the smaller pin race tires.

The Buck Shot has pins that are very close in size to the Hole Shot 2.0 but the Buck Shot pins are stacked closer together side to side, which provides significantly longer lasting performance. Unique to the Buck Shot are the alternating elongated bars that provide incredible forward grip. Similar to the extremely popular SwitchBlade tire, the Buck Shot is a directional tire with different tread on the outside compared to the inside, allowing you to mount the tires in the direction that suits your current track conditions. One side of the tire has standard pins, which is ideal for loose or low traction conditions where you want the tire to add side grip and improve steering. When you mount the tire the other direction, the connected side tread (Blade) reduces side traction in high-bite or edgy conditions.

The Slide Lock is a unique tire design from Pro-Line that is made specifically for smooth, low grip tracks. The Slide Lock features a pattern of small, tightly packed hexagon and triangle shaped pins so you can lay down as much rubber as possible. The tread on the Slide Lock is laid out wider across the tire carcass for a flatter profile overall compared to other Pro-Line 1:8 Race Tires. Each hexagon pin has a deep sipe down the middle of the tread for added flex and grip on even the slickest of surfaces. The built-in tread flex means you can run harder compounds for longer wear and still have good traction when you need it. The large and stiff side pins reach far down the sidewall to reduce edginess as much as possible.

The Hole Shot tread pattern needs no introduction. It doesn’t matter what the track condition is, the Hole Shot VTR Truggy tires just plain work beyond expectations.
