After ten rounds of 1/8 Nitro Buggy and five rounds of 1/8 E-Buggy and 1/8 Nitro Truggy, the 2018 Kuwait 1/8 National Championship organized by the committee of the remote control cars from the Kuwaiti Science Club ended last weekend. Talented junior drivers as Abdurahman Aljuhail and Yousef Aljuhail showed remarkable performances and scored new track records and several podium finish. In the + 40 class Mr Aws Alnesf woke up late in the season and unleashed his potential by demonstrating consistent fast runs during four consecutive rounds.

This season was off for the Kuwaiti RC ambassador and former champion Ali Bullail due to his profession duties, “we all missed you Ali during all this past season long, hoping to see you at the track next championship.” The track master Mr Abdullah Alfalah worked behind the helm during the season, he was sorting out all problems and administration issues in order to have the track properly ready prior each single round. Last and not the least, Mohammad Altarmoum (Kyosho/O.S.) was able to be crowned as Kuwait champion followed by Mohammad Alhajri (Mugen/SMJ) and by Yousef Aljuhail (Mugen/Ultimate). Altarmoum also managed to take the overall win in E-Buggy and Truggy.
