AVID have added new option parts to their range for the Tekno RC EB410. First up is the aluminium rear center diff mount that is designed to help prevent stripped spur gears that were due to the rear plastic diff mount twisting under power. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, it comes black anodized with silver chamfer edging, and the Avid logo laser etched.

Next up is the titanium lower shock screw set, offering two left and two right hand threaded screws with a 5.5mm socket head so you only need to grab one wrench when taking your shocks off. AVID also included their innovated center-drilled hole for easy docking of your calipers while measuring your shock lengths. Machined from billet 6Al-4V titanium, the Left-hand threaded screws are laser etched with an “L” for easy identification and use the same 5.5mm hex driver for shock tops and bottom mount.

Also new are the FastTune titanium shock standoffs which allows you to use a common 1.5mm Allen wrench to prevent the standoff from spinning while using a 5.5mm socket wrench on the other side. The other solutions out there require you to either take the shock completely off the standoff to reach the 7.0mm nut or to use a 7.0mm open-ended socket wrench (which isn’t very common in our tool selections). The shock standoffs are machined from billet 6Al-4V titanium and feature the FastTune design that uses a 1.5mm Allen to aid in switching shock locations. The set includes four standoffs in a touring spring doodad container.
