The Georgia State Championship was held at Phil Hurd Raceway in Savannah, Georgia over the weekend. The race was held in the Pro nitro buggy, Pro E-buggy, and E-truggy classes. After three round qualifiers, and counting 2 of them for qual points, qualifying would go to Serpent’s Justin Fales in Pro nitro buggy and Patrick Rossiter Jr. in Pro E-buggy and E-truggy. In the 25 minute nitro buggy final Justin took the win in front of Kyle Phillipps and Jonathan Hughes in second and third respectively. Also Justin was able to win both a Amains for the overall win in Pro E-buggy from Patrick Rossiter in second and Jackson Brunson in third. In E-truggy final it was Patrick Rossiter who took the win in front of Kyle Phillipps and Justin Fales who rounded out the podium in third.
