This past week end was held the last French National race, the Champions Cup, in Merlevenez on a very nice indoor track built for the race. In 2WD XRAY’s Mathieu Briere managed to get the overall TQ with the only 17 laps. In finals Mathieu won the first two A mains to secure overall win. Valentin Peuziat and Thibault Berthier both with XRAY ‘s cars rounded out the top 3. 4WD was almost the same story with Mathieu taking the overall TQ by winning 4 out of 5 qualifying rounds and then by winning all three mains in front of XRAY’s Arnaud Matohanza in second and TLR’s Julien Formentin in third.
