The annual Omer London Cup in memory of Omer London was held at the “Omer Ring” race track near Tel Aviv. The event combined both 1/8 nitro buggy and 1/8 E-buggy. The weather was fantastic for this great event, the biggest in Israel thanks to race director Asi Bitton and London family. In Nitro buggy, after 3 rounds of qualification Ofir Avitan took the TQ honor.

The 30 minute A-final started while Ofir Avitan open a gap of the rest of the field, meanwhile Yaniv Sivan from the second spot started bad but he managed to recover fast. After 15 minute Or Balulu promoted to be third due to Ido Carmon and Itay Eskenazi flame outs. Ofir Avitan also had flame out, however he open enough gap to finish first in front of Yaniv SiIvan in second and Or Balulu in third.



In E-Buggy Yaniv Sivan took the TQ after 3 rounds of qualification. In the A1 final Yaniv Sivan and Ofir Avitan both crashed at the first jump, meanwhile Ido Carmon took the lead and never look back. Aviv Mimon took the second spot and Ofir Avitan the third.The A2 and the A3 finals were win by Ofir Avitan followed by Yaniv Sivan in second and Ido Carmon in third. The Dash for Cash was win by Menashe Michaeli and Gil Harush in nitro buggy and by Arie Itskovich in E-buggy.
