After a night strangely without rain, the second day here at the Montpellier GP started almost dry. Q3 will be the opportunity to see another demonstration by Davide Ongaro already winner of the first 2 rounds of qualifying? No, and that’s good for suspense! The qualification will be very intense on several levels with many tight fights. Very soon we will see that Ongaro has found an opponent of choice with Elliott Boots. Elliott is the only one to follow the pace of the Italian driver and thanks to a fast and no-fault he goes ahead of Davide. Elliott will even lose some time with another driver, otherwise the lead would have been a little bigger. Behind the duo is Yannick Aigoin who makes another solid round. Yannick and Yohan “the magician” Lobelson work on the XRAY and grap each round the gap with the 2 fastest. In the overall standings Davide remains of course at the head but under the threat of Elliott.
