Round 2 of the 2015 French Nationals season headed south to the Provence track of Pierrefeu, located in the beautiful French countryside – the Aigoin brothers would share the qualifying spoils as Jerome Aigoin TQ’d Q1 & Q2 whilst Yannick would close out qualifying with a TQ, overall top qualifier: Jerome Aigoin. However it wasn’t to be for Kyosho’s man in France as he exited the A semi in last place, thus missing out on the final.

Up steps Yannick Aigoin and goes onto win the 45 minute final on his (2nd) XRAY debut by a pretty impressive and rare two lap margin over HB’s Reno Savoya – admittedly Pierrefeu is Yannick’s home track but nonetheless, on his debut with the new car… Impressive stuff, taking 3rd a lap back from Reno was TLR’s Jerome Sartel, Julien Lattanzio 4th, Lorenzo Crolla coming home in 5th.
