Well round 2 kicked off with a bang with some of NSW Top drivers showing up to make there there mark on the RC KING HOBBIES CUP. The guys at Albion Park spent the weekend prior to the event carrying out a mini rebuild and it did pay off as everyone had a great time and loved all the changes made since Round 1. Qualifiers ran nice and smooth with all the big names jumping straight into the Amain leaving the rest of the feild to battle out for the last two bump up spots. Jason Kautz and Mathew Krahe fought hard and were rewarded with a start on the Amain Grid. The Amain was a messy race with some drivers having late starts due to vehicle issues and and a lot of bumping and grinding but hey thats racing i guess. From a 10 car start after approx 20 minutes we were down to 5 cars left and it was more of wich car will take the punishment of Albions Track. In the end it was a well-deserved win to Factory Hobao Team driver Wayne Walker Second spot went to Theo Assa, Third KC Shore and Fourth was Michael Savic. Find out more here.
